Swedish Pancakes/Crepes
6 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
2 TB sugar
2 c milk
1 tsp salt
Mix in blender or with a hand mixer. Fry very thin pancakes in butter until lightly brown on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and fruit or jam.
