From the kitchen of Pat Finch
Beat together:
2 cups water
¾ cup oil
2 TB vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Add to above
mixture and beat:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
Pour into a
greased 9x13 pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
